telling cheap silk from expensive silk??

I bought secondhand silk fabric, 3 yards, and I cant tell if its cheap Quince quality or expensive quality. How can you tell? I bought the Sezane Elvira shirt and also the Zara dupe, and you can clearly tell the difference in quality of the fabric and embroidery. I want to know how I can tell in the fabrics Im buying.
