How do you get a perfectly flat lapel? Mine always bows outward.

After all my pressing and construction the lapel on my blazer bows outward slightly at the bottom point instead of lying flat against the chest. Ive pressed it multiple times. Is this a construction issue, an interfacing issue, or do I just need to press harder?
