Anyone have a reliable source for good quality cotton poplin for garment sewing?

I keep buying cotton poplin thats labeled as garment quality and its always either too thin, too stiff, or has some weird finish that doesnt wash out. I want something in the 100-120 GSM range that presses well and doesnt feel like it came from a craft store. Where are you sourcing this?
