How do you photograph fabric to sell it online? Mine always look dull.

Im trying to list some fabric and my photos are terrible. The colors look washed out, the texture doesnt read, and the fabric looks limp. Im shooting in natural light near a window. What am I doing wrong and what makes a destash photo actually look good?
