How do you sew a neat mitered corner on a hem? I always get a lump.

Im hemming a tablecloth and trying to do mitered corners. The concept makes sense to me but the execution always produces this little bump at the point of the miter. Im pressing as I go. Is the bump a pressing issue or am I cutting something wrong?
