Anyone buy deadstock fabric from European mills? Where do you even find that?

I keep seeing references to Italian mill deadstock and European mill ends but I cant figure out where people are actually buying this from. Is it just knowing which shops to look at or is there a source Im missing? Im specifically looking for wool and wool blends.
