How do you decide when fabric is good enough to sell vs just throw out?

Im doing a stash clear and I have some fabric thats been sitting folded for three years. Some of it has fold lines that might steam out, some has a little fading at the fold. I dont want to misrepresent it but I also dont want to throw away something someone else might love. Where do you draw the line?
