How do you sew a clean invisible zip? Mine always pucker at the top.

Ive watched multiple tutorials and my invisible zips look fine from the outside until you get to the very top, where theres always a little pucker or gap. Im using a proper invisible zip foot. Is this a pressing issue or am I starting the zip in the wrong place?
