Anyone made a lined wool coat from scratch? How long did it actually take?

I want to attempt a proper lined wool coat this fall but I have no realistic sense of how long it takes. Ive made structured jackets before but a full length coat feels like a different category. Are we talking 20 hours? 50 hours? I dont want to start something I cant finish before winter.
