Has anyone made the Closet Core Sienna? The sleeve cap is giving me trouble.

Im on my second attempt at the Sienna Maker Jacket and the sleeve cap keeps giving me this weird drag line from the shoulder. Ive eased it in several different ways and I cant get it to sit flat. Has anyone solved this on this specific pattern?
