Has anyone graded between sizes on the Named Oslo coat? Need a 14 at the hip and 10 at the shoulder.

I have a significant hip to shoulder ratio and grading between sizes is always a project. Has anyone done this specific pattern? Im wondering if there are any weird seam lines that make the grading harder than usual or if its pretty straightforward.
