Rotary cutter people: 45mm or 60mm?

Ive been using scissors for everything but Im finally getting a rotary cutter. Is there a meaningful difference between 45mm and 60mm? I mostly sew garments, not quilts. The 60mm Olfa is like $15 more and I dont know if its worth it.
