Why does my bobbin thread keep showing on top?

I just got a Brother CS7000X and Ive been practicing on cotton quilting fabric. My top thread looks fine underneath but I can see the bobbin thread poking through on top of the fabric. Ive rethreaded everything twice and its still doing it. Tension is set to auto. What am I doing wrong?
