What IS this fabric? Feels like heaven but no label

Found this at a NYC garment district scrap bin. Its got the most beautiful drape, feels cool to touch. Did the burn test - burned slowly with a smell like burning hair so Im thinking some kind of protein fiber? Silk blend? But its so lightweight and flowy. Help please!
