Collar points keep coming out uneven - what am I doing wrong?

I've made maybe 15 shirts now and my collar points are still never quite even. One always looks slightly rounder than the other. Im trimming corners, grading seams, using a point turner... still wonky. Is there a trick Im missing? Starting to think its just my cross to bear lol
