Invisible zipper always wavy - what am I doing wrong?

Ive watched like 12 YouTube tutorials and my invisible zippers still look like wavy garbage. The zipper itself is fine, but the fabric next to it gets all rippled. Im using an invisible zipper foot, ive tried different tensions, ive tried going slower. Still wavy. HELP.
