Stretch fabric recs for a Scarlet Witch costume?

Need something with good recovery that wont show every lump and bump. The character design has all those weird asymmetrical seams so I need something thatll behave when im piecing it together. Red, obviously. Thinking a milliskin or maybe a scuba? What would you use?
