Is this rayon or polyester? Help me identify

Bought this from an estate sale, no label. It drapes nice and feels cool but I cant tell if its rayon or poly. Did the burn test and it melted a little but also smelled like burning paper?? Is that even possible? Trying to figure out if I can use it for a wrap dress or if its gonna be a sweaty mess.
